Currently you can ask the assistant to create lines, and there's an option for the AI in tactics.

I would like the ability to ask various assistant coaches (and perhaps scouts) their opinion as to line makeup, and also tactics, so I get various opinions/options.

I could then choose one of them or I could use my own ideas for lines and tactics/strategy.

And/or the Offense coach would give his opinion about the offense lines and the Defense coach gives his opinion about the defense.
