I am pretty sure 351-352 is former Cubs 1st rounder and 7th overall pick Herman Neils Segelke who pitched in 3 games for the 1982 Cubs....I like to research where these "obscure" players are now and, like some of you, have also found these players and sent them a attachment of their TV cards...But, in this case, my research told a very unfortunate story on "Rocket" Segelke as he is now a 430 pound man with a very disappointing life... if you choose to google his name you can see for yourself....
EDIT- This ended up being former Cubs farmhand Vince Valentini ....Cubs Segelke will have to wait
