Steve D. Barber 1960
Like Schofield, Steve Barber went from early stability (indeed, he looked like he might be on a Hall of Fame trajectory as late as an injury in 1966) to desert wandering (seven teams in his last eight years, if you include the Cardinals, with whom he signed but for whom he never pitched).
The last year Barber maintained a spot in the rotation for all or most of a season was with the '68 Yankees - Dexter got him that spring.
