I am playing a historical league imported from OOTP 16. Played 1961 through 1982 in OOTP 16. Starting the 1983 season in OOTP 17, I have noticed that all the rookies that started in 1983 are Caucasian for face gen. No African or Hispanic. For example Daryl Strawberry is Caucasian. And does not look like him, just a random Caucasian face.

I went back to OOTP 16 and started the 1983 season and all the rookies look as they should, including Daryl Strawberry.

Is this an import bug that will be fixed for OOTP 18? Or do I need to change a face gen setting in OOTP 17?
