His name is misspelled on the Quad Cities card from 1976. The other photo is more or less current of the good doctor, who is now located in Texas.
The rather distinctive near-unibrow is my best defense that he could be the guy -- that, and he pitched in the Angels system from 1976-78, the last two years in AAA.

The eyes look a bit darker and the ears are definitely different.
One way to find out would be to contact Dr. Racanelli. Also, he may know the ID of the LHP that also has the unibrow in pics 197-198.
