I think we'll need to see a trace file to figure out what's going wrong. Assuming you can get into the start screen menus, go to Settings-Troubleshooting and click on "Enable Debug Trace". Then close and restart the game, then close it once more and go to the \debug file in the game folder, open the debug_trace file, and post the contents here.
