I would like to see implemented in FHM4:

Online mode - really missing it in my FHM2 league
Historical mode with full rosters/coaching/schedules/tactics/etc.
More realistic trade engine
More realistic contract demands from players

I actually find myself hoping to see FHM get to where OOTP is at now. The ability to play out historical seasons that include all the minor leagues, coaches, trainers, etc. is a huge amount of fun and would be great to see in FHM as well.

OOTP17 is nearly the perfect baseball simulation imo, and if FHM can achieve anywhere near this, it would be the perfect hockey simulation as well.
