I got a little lazy when picking Lowell's name, and just ripped off the one from the Red Sox' NYPL affiliate. Lowell was a center of the textile industry back during the 19th century, so the name actually refers to that: spinning thread on a loom to create cloth & fabric. |
Yeah I knew that... just hard to find graphics that relate to that industry...
