Montreal Canadiens (46-28-5) at New York Rangers (42-33-5)

The Canadiens will got to Madison Square Garden for game 80 on the schedule. The last time the teams met at MSG the Rangers came away winners in a 3-2 score. The teams have split the 2 meetings so far this season. Montreal is tied with Columbus for 1st in the East, but Montreal has 97 points and a game in hand on the Blue Jackets. Montreal have clinched the Atlantic as they hold a 7 point lead on the Bruins and they only have 2 games left. The Rangers hold the 3rd seed in the Metropolitan with 89 points, 2 points behind the Hurricanes.

Montreal LW Ben Archer is a 22 year old from Toronto, ON. The scouts say he is a offensive forward and the strongest part of his game is his playmaking skills. He definitely is an excellent passer, but he is very good at the faceoff dot. He is currently platooning on the 3rd and 4th lines as the role of a playmaker and speedy forward.
