The instructions are in the file. Here they are:
To install these go to your OOTP files then to ballparks then to models.
In the Models folder is a folder named misc. In that folder is a folder named backgrounds.
Either rename that folder or copy it to somewhere else in case you want to use those backgrounds later.
Put this folder in the misc folder.
