Caribbean data issues

Hi there,

A number of data issues in the Caribbean outside of the big Baseball nations, I'll keep updating this as I notice them
  1. Trinidad and Tobago's capital is not Chaguanas, it's Port of Spain
  2. Netherland Antilles is problematic - Bonaire is now separately administered and should be separate from Sint Eustatius and Saba - The Netherland Antilles were dissolved in 2010
  3. Ethnicity is problematic - the majority of players come out as white. The naming convention is somewhat right - the names typically have British origins for the ex-British colonies, but will be more limited in scope with regards to surnames. You might need a separate category "Afro-Caribbean" which might fit nicely with USA ethnicity trends. Technically there should also be an "Indo-Caribbean" group given the ethnic make-up of the Caribbean - they make up the majority in some islands (Trinidad especially).

Thanks for reading

Edit/update

Problems still abound in OOTP 18 - the ones above plus these below;
  • Surinam is part of North America culturally, despite being in the South American Landmass.
  • Suriname, French Guiana, and Guyana are Culturally Caribbean, but aren't in the Caribbean or West Indies Regions
  • Port of Spain's population is 160,000 and is the capital of T&T
  • Diego Martin a sa region only contains Mucurapo, but Diego Martin is a town and region (technically you'd have places like Diamond Vale, Bagatelle etc)
