Today's Vault release is kinda buried amongst other non-baseball releases (BKB, Star Wars, et. al.), so, in case anyone missed it, they're in the MG folder (221-260) and include Larry Stahl with the Reds and Padres, Marv Staehle with the White Sox, and I'm sure some more interesting folks I don't recognize. I was happy to see a few more images of one of my favorite Mets of the mid-70s, Roy Staiger. Here, we get him with both New York teams. I think (but then I would) that he was better than he gets credit for, but he just didn't have the power people expect from the corner guys. He would have been a better fit at second, but we had Felix Millan there and Roy certainly wasn't going to win a second base battle with Felix.
