Yes. All the NCAA DIV1 Colleges (or most of them and some teams aren't in the same conferences they were a couple of years ago, but are there. I had to add Wisconsin.)

Bristolduke created this template. I modified it to make it a bit more 'modern' to my tastes. For example, I added a few Colleges. Those are in my game, not in the template I am trying to find a place to upload it to so you guys can download it. There is a way to get everything you want in the game when creating a template. I also has all the High Schools that were going to be drafted into the NCAA, but I just decided to go with the NCAA as it is a HUGE college feeder.
Bristolduke did an excellent job. I did add 50 High School Athletic Association logos with the zip.
