It's been a while since I have contributed here. I don't have anything earth-shattering, but here is a good color shot of lefty Dan Schatzeder during his very brief stay with the 1982 Giants, courtesy of the good dr. jteeee. Schatzeder, in case you have forgotten, was a journeyman southpaw who pitched for the Expos, Tigers, Giants, Expos again, Phillies, Twins, Indians, Twins again, Astros, Mets, and Royals during the course of a long underwhelming career. I was constantly getting him mixed up in my mind with Bob McClure, which is not surprising since they were both lefties in the same era, of the same level of ability, and pitched for a couple of the same teams. For several weeks in 1986 the Expos had both of them, which was redundant to say the least since their similarity scores are 940.7. Perhaps they were really the same person.
