Hey. I'm Gm/Hc for Flyers.I designated training on my asssistant coach - gord murphy who is defensive coach too. His prospect coaching skills are average and i want hire chris pronger in his assistant Gm duties. I have tried hire more than 100 assistants but only 2 take place assistant GM over gord. Rest coaches can be only normal asssistant. Whats skills r the most important for assistant coach or how do that (change ass. GM)? If i fired gord then next old coach joe mullen take this place over pronger. Can i designated my Assistant GM?
