D'Ambrosino. There is less of a drop off between your scout and the OSA scout, meaning he's more likely to achieve his potential. Richardson looks like he could be a perennial MVP or just another guy. D'Ambrosino looks like he'll be at least good either way. Yes, Richardson might have a higher ceiling offensively, but D'Ambrosino has the added benefit of baserunning and defense, giving you extra flexibility.
I would also factor in how deep your minors are already, though. If you have a very deep minor league with lots of great prospects, maybe you could take the higher risk of RIchardson and maybe get a big payoff
