EDIT: As suspected, I do not have a 2003 yearbook. Mike does not appear anywhere in the 2004 yearbook. Those would be the only two relevant years.

I have found the same yearbook thing. Your photo is the only one that I have located.
There has to be another, and will let you know when/if I come across one.
