I've been complaining for years that the game cannot do 2x50x50 (5,000 teams) as claimed. Never had an official response.
I've just started what I think is the biggest league.
The (UKLB) UK League Baseball has 2 conferences of 16 Divisions with 42 teams in each Division.
1,344 teams in total. (Not including the minors etc.)
