Ha! Good one! I am excited to see the Eagles win it all.

I thought the Unions would have been at a disadvantage due to injuries, but both CF Glen Traill (.375/.375/.417) and 2B Westin Woollams (.357/.357/.357) didn't hurt the team as fill-ins.
What was frustrating in watching the games, was Wolseley's penchant for wasting outs - getting a runner on 1B, sacrificing them over to 2B and 3B, then flying out to end the inning with no runs scored. This happened game in and game out. Sometimes you just have to trust your players and let them swing away and drive in those runs. Wolseley didn't do that very much and I think it hurt them.
I'll be off the grid for about a week for some vacation. Then I have to start thinking about importing the League into OOTP18 (after the rest of the awards are handed out) and then start making selections for the HOF before Opening Day 1947. So it might be quiet around here again as I sort things out.
