GM Baker gave Bishop the exact contract wanted, as they'd need a solid goaltender to compete for the #1 spot. Bishops been well known for his career being with Tampa Bay. Last season Bishop posted a 15-19-2 Record, recording 4 Shutouts and having a 2.79 Goals Against Average. The move is in hopes Bishop will bring solid goaltending to the team for the next 5 Years and also be a mentor for possible contender Louis Domingue (25).
