Depends on what you're doing.
Did you download the
Complete Collection? The first three volumes that are linked in the OP are not formatted to automatically plug into the game. The best way to get those volumes to auto plug is via the Complete Collection.
Do you have the jerseys here: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 18\jerseys\nicknames
Do you have the ballcaps here: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 18\ballcaps\nicknames
Do you have the logos here: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 18\logos\nicknames
If not, then that's what you're doing wrong. If so, then it's not something on our end, but rather something with the game; you may have a bug.
