Pre-Race Roundup: 2016 Russian Grand Prix(5/16)

Lotus Racing:

Rear Wing: 10th
Overall: 10th

The Mk 2 BWM-Lotus engine is fitted to the car of Mr. Vidal and ready to rumble. We won't make a big jump before the next or the third iteration of the engine, but this one is working and gives a small boost on the track. Can't wait till the new factory.

Well, guess it is quite obvious what they do... produce tyres. Funny enough... not for the WMC... whoopsie.

The Russian GP in Sochi and around the old olympic center. Lots of high speed corners, an area where we are incredibly bad, lots of traction and acceleration needed, something we are not completely bad, and some straits to work with... maybe we can make some progress with the new engine.

And the sun will be shining... damn.

Rumors, Rumors, Rumors

The german Silver Arrows strike back as Steinmann build a new gearbox themselves, pushing them back past Rossini.

Vélan brought a new suspension solution to Russia, answering Lotus' progress.

Panther, Kitano and Windsor all brought new rear wings to Russia.
