A few more of the seemingly endless number of high-quality post-2000 Red Sox teams, another great Orioles team ('73) and several of the strong mid-70s A's teams (and the '90 Jays, let us not forget). But I'm the most excited about the 2001 Mariners. One of the best records ever but they get no love in the great teams of all-time discussion because they didn't do well in the playoffs. If this SuperTournament does anything I hope it will be to give the 2001 Mariners their due credit.
So if they flame out this round I'll be a sad panda.
