Post-Race Analysis: 2017 Japanese GP(2/16)

The move back to the one stop strategy was the key here. The other teams got the reliability back to normal, and there were little problems between the fronrunners, so we had to make it work on track... and Iker did a good job there. He defended his position well after the first lap, and did the laptimes we needed with clear track in front of him. Kudos also for our pitcrew.

Yes, we lost two places late in the race, but to top 5 Constructors cars on the softer tyre. That is fine, can not change anything about that for now, that is raw speed we are lacking.

Development Report:
We have three weeks till the Chinese GP and hopefully and wrap up the second Jenny Whitehouse special front wing for Woodford's car and can move on to other components. I said engine earlier, but it most likely will be brakes or gearbox... we have to bring both cars to a similar level so that Jeremy can get some points on a wet track, a lucky day, or well timed safety car...
