Yes, it's Johnny. The image made its original appearance on the web (so far as I know) on the late Bob Lemke's website in 2013. It was part of a collection of J.D. McCarthy photos (purchased from an estate sale) he was working on at the time. The collection also included a nice B&W of Clem Labine with the Mets, color Bill Kunkle with the Yanks, the best Jesse Gonder with the Reds you're likely to see, and a few career minor leaguers like Twins catcher John Loncar. Those were some of the ones he shared, at least.
