Haven't been able to find any. Hal DeMars went to high school in Terryville, Connecticut. Billy DeMars was born in Brooklyn. Don't know where he attended high school. An article about him says he played baseball and stick ball in the "streets of the city," so that sounds like he stayed in Brooklyn.
Read several articles about Hal DeMars, and I would think they would have mentioned Billy if there had been a relationship, because Billy had already been a major league player.
