Working hard on the new rosters... but it's taking more time than I thought.

I worked on purging all of the players with poor ratings from my reserved rosters and replaced them with players who have ratings good enough to play, but it is very slow going.

Many players were on the reserved rosters 10 years... none of them ever developed enough to play for the team.

Looks like the AI would retire or remove the poor players from the reserve roster after years of doing nothing on the team.

Anybody know a way to overcome this?
It's caused by the AI creating far too many inferior players that will never play... they just sit in the reserve roster.

I wonder if I played with financials if this would solve the rookie problem.
