Cannot export 202 error
This thread no doubt has a wealth of ootp knowledge and experience so as a close to last resort (I have recently submitted a ticket in OOTP) I'm going to query for a solution to this snafu:
New GM can download the new file, but cannot export. 202 error. In researching this issue we know that most of his attempts do not go through but interestingly one, maybe two, did reach the league website only to be 'negated' by another failed attempt. We have turned off his virus protection, toggled between all the possibilities of active and passive, but cannot solve this problem. If you think you might have a solution please let me know.
