Last week, the Angels swept the Rangers in Texas. The Rangers will try to return the favor in California today in the final game of the three game series.

In the top of the fourth, Howard connected with an RBI double. The Rangers loaded the bases with two out and then Howard scored on a wild pitch. Billings then knocked in a pair with a double.
In the bottom of the sixth, Berry got his 20th RBI of the season on a ground out.

In the top of the eighth, the Rangers got a two out single by Mason and Ryan was pulled for Eddie Fisher.
In the top of the ninth, Berry injured his shoulder catching a fly ball and had to leave the game. He was replaced in center field by Mickey Rivers.
Rogers finished the ninth as the Rangers finished the sweep.
