Each time the moderator of this thread, tnfoto, makes a posting, he provides a link to his homepage following the words "Download Facepack & more." If you follow that link, you'll eventually come to the following page:

Near the bottom of the above referenced page, there is a hyperlink which will permit you to download the facepack.
