Played as GM and coach of the Seals/Barons/North Stars. I took over the Sharks on expansion. After the move to Dallas my career history showed as if I managed Dallas all those years.

Also of note Gretzky's first NHL year said he played with Indianapolis? He actually ended up with Hartford somehow.
