Thanks for asking! I didn't exactly make the map itself, I found this website:

and looked around for a island to call Elyria. I cropped my island and went into Gimp and added my teams and their locations on the map.
Let me know if this helps, if not, I have plenty of other map websites you could tinker around with I have found over the last few years.
