I posted this a while back from OOTP 16. And I never really did find a solution to it. (see old thread)

When I updated OOTP 16 build 30 something happened to the profile picture of my GM/Manager. He had gone from an almost photorealistic image to one looking like a more cartoonish version of the original. I tried to reload the original png file but it doesn't seem to want to revert to how it used to look. Below is a screen grab from an old OOTP 15 screen dump (top) and how it looks in OOTP 16 since I updated to the June 30th build.

To be clear, the picture looked normal in OOTP 16 until updating to build 30.
