I have never seen this before with any game I have installed. I have OOTP 18 and no problems. This happens when I go to install the game.

My OS is Windows 7 x64 bit.

I am hesitant to install the game. Has anyone seen something like this?

EDIT: I ran it in compatibility with Windows XP (SP3), will this have an effect on the graphics or speed at all?
