For myself:
- Drivers have been updated. They were one update behind at first, but now am running GeForce Game Ready Driver ver. 391.01.
- Windows 10 Home 64-bit (ver. 1709)
- Screen resolution is 1920x1080. I do have windows size increase on at 125% which is recommended for my laptop. I tried dropping this down to 100% and it did not make a difference on it's own.
- I changed that setting on my .exe and to have it controlled by the "application". It also did not seem to change anything, as the issue still remained.
