I've had a cosmetic issue with some double-play balls.
-With a runner on first, the batter hits the ball to the SS.
-The SS collects the ball and runs to get the force-out at second base before throwing to first.
-The issue arises as the runner (heading towards second) slides into the bag far before the SS touches the bag. It looks like the runner is safe at second by a few seconds.
-Instead, the double play is completed.
