Is it a bug or a typo when I try to trade a minor league contract to the Seattle Mariners, and their GM says they won't accept any overpriced veterans!? Of which, none were offered.

eta: it looks like that's the default text for any trade the AI GM doesn't like. Should probably add 1 or 2 more phrases to make it easier to decipher what the GM wants.
