In OOTP 18, it was fairly easy to offer a contract/extension with team options lacking any promised buyout. However, I have found it impossible to offer any team options without the player demanding a buyout, usually around 10 percent of the option year's full value. Is there a reason for this change? I never had players demand buyouts and now it's gone to the opposite extreme.
