2. From the Wizard I selected the season, and checked the box to "import real minor leagues (1915+). The box for 'import complete history up to 1999' was already checked.

I don't think I clicked on anything out of the ordinary.
I did both for '95 and '99 (where I had the problem). His minor league stats import and show on the "Real Life Stats" (like you have), but on '99, they are missing.

99 Historical ID - jimenjo01 - Historical minors ID - jimene003jos
That could be it, eh? Jose Jimenez 003 played in the Angels organization in '92.Those hitting stats show up on my '99 import of Jose Jimenez the pitcher.
