The Montreal Canadiens (2-0-2) will pay a visit to the KeyBank Center and a date with the Buffalo Sabres (1-2-1) Montreal are still without RD Steven Thornton and C Patrick Atkins.

The Sabres take a 1-0 lead at 3:51 when LW Mathieu Desbiens gets his 2nd on a rebound that he scored on from the high slot that beats G Martin King.
