I'd like to see the trading in general revamped. Seems to me that every team wants a prospect or high draft pick and that's it. There's no logic to trade deadline deals. For example, a team looking to make a deep playoff run doesn't seek out solid veteran players to help or teams out of the playoff race don't seek to dump players, etc.
