When I start any new mode, it has a database error. Firstly, it says it could not load SQLite database, whatever that means. This error pops up a lot, so I think its a pretty serious problem. How do I fix it? It pops up when I want to start a new standard game, and when I reload my saved game (which I also can't access - once I save a game, and exit the OOTP program, that SQLITE error database message shows up and returns me to the menu).

Then, when I create a new standard game, an error message pops up during the "Logos" section (like when it loads the logos for the new game, an error message pops up saying -

ERROR
DATABASE::create_random_league_logo - could not save league logo! File name: major_league_baseball.png

It says this for every single logo, and I have to MANUALLY PRESS THE ENTER KEY ON MY KEYBOARD for it to advance. Like 1%, 2%....100%. I have to press enter for every single logo in the game. So I can get one saying:

So many problems with this version. I also downloaded it through Steam. Will it be different if I downloaded it directly from the independent OOTP website? I bought OOTP 18 in August 2017 through the OOTP website, not Steam, and everything worked fine. Great game.

But the second I bought and downloaded OOTP 19, so many problems came up. I'm on a PC, and windows 10.

HELP PLEASE.
