more control over league penalties

instead of setting penalties per game in the league screen, for added realism, give us the option of individually setting the frequency of:
-fighting majors/coincidental roughing
-major and match penalties (suspensions)
-misconduct penalties
-minor and double minor penalties

when simming through historical seasons, PIM outputs are not very realistic...it takes a concerted effort to generate very high PIM totals as players with high fighting ratings and high aggression ratings tend to only fight occasionally (presumably because the game judges the fighter to be a mismatch for most opponents, and thus they don't fight), however they don't generate the misconducts, game misconducts, instigators, etc. that they did in real life. There are no major brawls, or multiple fighting majors at the same time. Likewise, when there is an illegal hit resulting in a 5 and a game, there is never any retaliation despite fighters being on the ice when it occurs. This is unrealistic.

Additionally, the strategies don't seem to have a big enough impact on player play. Defensive defensemen routinely score too many points (especially defensive specialists like Ken Daneyko, Sylvain Lefebvre, and Luke Richardson, or defensive enforcers like Enrico Ciccone) while a player can have the role of "goon" and not get a single penalty or fighting major for weeks on end at times.

More control over in game tactics would be even better...such as how EHM allowed you to "encourage" players to fight in games, or tell others not to fight.

Just all suggestions for the next version, keep up the good work.
