Hey UltimateAverageGuy Im wondering the same thing. I am struggling with getting predictable playing time for backups. To continue your example, what would happen if you used a third catcher playing against LHP every 6th game? Would he ever play or would the #2 catcher always play in that game since he plays every 3rd game?
