Every year I read numerous posts and threads about broken trade AI. Sometimes it isn't clear to me what people are really looking for. Nevertheless, I wonder if the answer to the problem is not in a global setting but an individual gm rating under the hood when it comes to what they value and how aggressive or passive they are? It would give gm's an actual personality and it would make the owner/gm relationship more immersive among non human run clubs. Thoughts?

EDIT: Upon closer look it does appear like the gm's in the game in fact have personal preferences. So I guess my question now becomes what is the use for the global settings and does it cause issues with the gm's personal preferences that cause results that are not in line with their preferences?
