Sorry, I can't. I deleted the league. When I restarted the game I couldn't do anything without the game crashing. Found the rule 5 player was on another teams roster. I took control of that team and released him so I could put him on my roster.
Then searching through free agents looking for him there was a bunch of players in the free agent list who had signed with teams during free agency.
Restored from my backup external drive and it had the same problem. Since it was a league I had transferred from 18 I figured it would be easier to start over and transfer it again.
