i've played a few seasons with '19 too. re-built tigers etc. let it sim on it's own a few years after that.
but, i'm not investing hours of creating a custom league, and running it for 50+ years.
the only problem i saw was when i delegated .. it used a pitcher as teh DH instead of the position player. it was a tosss up, but hte damn ai manager kept using him as a 2-way player and reveretd my plaer strategy unchecking that option, lol. as it should, since i was delegating to the coach.
the fatigue thing could happen anywhere any league type... maybe if you 'force' positions you avoid the problem? i was doing that in the limited use i got in with '19 before delegating, so my guys weren't being subbed and ph'ing when tired.. didn't look closely after that.
if yo uset your lineups, you'll avoid it. but the rest of the league may not.
