i've never fleshed it out, but it influences the %'s for sure. can read that in manual- mentions both.
i prefer intelligence over work ethic when it comes to development.. work ethic is stronger effect on longevity -- my 2 cents. could be wrong.
as long as they are at least ~average for these 2 personality traits, you should feel fairly confident in them.. more so with a 22year old than an 18 year old, of course.
i'm ignoring scouting inaccuracy and TCR -- cannot predict either, so don't try. play the odds is all you can ever do.
