navarro is the team Captain, He probably gets what he wants

This is a Management Judgment call, My guess is the MGR Likes Navarro due to his own Personality traits and roster Strategy, This isn't a one size fits all choice, there are many more factors involved than just a guys Contact and BA. If Team Chemistry is turned on, That brings even more into the equation, Maybe the MGR has a Bad Relationship with Watman?

For Me Personally, I'd have to see the rest of the roster to make a call on who I would start, Maybe I could get them both on the field LOL
