On the opening screen, click on "Settings" at the bottom of the screen. Click on the "Troubleshooting" tab, and then click on "Open folder containing saved games." Then copy the saved game you want to your memory stick. Make sure to put it back in the same folder on your other device, and you're good to go!
It can take a while, depending on your Mac and on the size of your league.
